CHANGES TO DALLAM UNIFORM DELIVERY & EXCHANGES: All orders will be sent to home or work addresses FREE OF CHARGE

Orders are sent on a signed for service - SMALL ORDERS will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery and LARGE ORDERS will be sent by UPS courier.

EXCHANGES: These must be returned to Coniston Corporate (unworn and in re-saleable condition) with a fully completed exchange form, and marked as follows: DALLAM EXCHANGE FAO SCHOOL RETURNS. When processed, the exchange will be returned back to your home/work address. NOTE: No exchanges will be made until we have received the unwanted items and this could take up to 5 working days to be processed as we may have to order the item if not in stock.

Please note: SCHOOL HOODIES: Personalised Hoodies cannot be exchanged if they do not fit

REFUNDS: Items to be refunded must be returned to Coniston Corporate unworn and in re-saleable condition, with an explanation note and marked as follows: DALLAM REFUND
